Founder Note #3 | Accelerator
My company, Preciser, is a visualized analysis and prediction platform for fantasy sports and sports betting. I’ve known Jacky, my co-founder, for over three years. We were in the same master’s degree at ASU and I noticed that he started building Preciser as a side project. We both love sports so much and we discuss everything about sports. After we graduated from ASU, I suggested we could do a startup, and we formally started Preciser together in 2022.
Being an entrepreneur is really all about being a problem solver. As the company grows, the challenges will only get bigger, but the struggles we face will offer us a path to growth and success. Thanks to the two startup accelerators we joined, Founder Institute Silicon Valley Virtual 2022 and Draper University Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship Virtual Program, they help us develop products and skills, connect with different investors, and support validating the product in the market.
Over 450+ prospective founders applied to join the Silicon Valley Founder Institute program, and after an intense four months of aggressive business-building sprints and constant evaluation and feedback from investors and mentors, just 20 companies were able to make it through. We are happy to announce that we are the newest Alumni of the Silicon Valley Virtual 2022 program. In the future, we will continue to keep working on Preciser because Preciser is our dream and we will make this dream come true.
